About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with utmost precision.
Schedule internal and external meetings across time zones.
Prepare comprehensive reports, agendas, memos, and presentations.
Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion.
Provide administrative and strategic support to the MD/CEO as required.
2. Business Communication
Act as a liaison between the MD and clients, partners, and internal departments.
Draft emails, letters, and communications with clarity and professionalism.
Prepare business proposals, marketing content, and client presentations when needed.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
3. Travel and Logistics
Plan detailed travel itineraries, visa processes, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure all logistics are seamless before and during business trips.
Accompany the MD on business trips if required for event support, minutes, or client interactions.
4. Event Management
Organize business meetings, corporate events, conferences, and client dinners.
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and organizers for seamless execution.
Take responsibility for ensuring executive presence and presentation at events.
5. Project Coordination
Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking deliverables and timelines.
Take initiative to coordinate between departments and ensure accountability.
Follow up with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure consistent progress.
6. Personal Assistance
Provide personal assistance to the MD in managing schedules, health checkups, subscriptions, and appointments.
Occasionally assist with lifestyle arrangements such as dining, shopping, personal events, and more.
Be prepared for spontaneous changes in scheduling and assist with prompt rescheduling.
7. Digital Presence & Branding
Assist in managing the MD’s personal brand including social media strategy, LinkedIn posts, public appearances, and photoshoots if applicable.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to craft content as per the executive’s vision.
