Labels are great but they will be used far more effectively by incorporating filters, so messages that arrive meeting certain criteria automatically have a label or labels applied. Create a replacement Filter Using the Search Box
To create a replacement filter, we’ll specify search options within the “Search” box and make a filter from the search. To try to this, click the down arrow on the “Search” box.
